The medal is awarded to those who have made a major and distinguished contribution in the manufacturing sector.

Electronics

The medal for Electronics is awarded to those who have made major and distinguished contributions in electronics.

Achievement Medals

All areas of engineering and technology

Up to five medals are awarded to those who have made an impact in any sector of engineering and technology.

Early career

Mike Sargeant Medal

The medal is awarded to an early career professional who has been judged to have made the most significant progress in their career over more than three years.

Winner will also receive £500.

Sir Henry Royce Medal

The medal is awarded to an early career professional who has excelled in the workplace within the last three years.

Winner will also receive £250.

Volunteer

IET Volunteer Medal

An Achievement Medal that recognises the important work that volunteers do for the IET.

Paul Fletcher Medal

The medal is awarded to an early career IET volunteer for outstanding achievement in contributing to the IET.

Winner will also receive £250.
